- CTK Western Kenya started 2008.It is true that training provides an atmosphere in which individual change happens in small group setting. The goal of spiritual teaching and training and Equipping is to enable men and women to walk with Jesus Christ. In CTK Western we want to tell, teach, train, equip and Model strong team to reach the unchurched so that He can repair the wreckage in their lives and answer life’s deepest questions for them. We have ‘’good news.’’ Based upon our stated purpose, to reach unchurched people and disciple them, we have made a number of specific choices we feel are modeling. VISION STATEMENT .To identify, train, deploy and support 100 small group leaders. This number of small group leaders will create maximum impacting team of over 1,000 people who have chosen to be part of an authentic Christian community MISSION STATEMENT .To create an authentic Christian community that effectively reaches out to unchurched people in love, acceptance, and forgiveness so that they may experience the joy of salvation and a purposeful life of discipleship
